Alan Najewski
Hello, my name is Alan Najewski or as I tell my students, Mr. N is just fine. I come all the way from Buffalo New York and this will be my 8th year teaching Math at Magna Vista. I love teaching all Math but hold a special place for Geometry. Geometry is a very important subject because it not only helps us build things it also helps us to think logically and reason things out when faced with difficult life decisions, temptations or peer pressures.
Geometry is a core course which means the students will take the state SOL exam at the end of the semester, so it is essential that the students pay attention and do the nightly homework. If you have any comments or concerns feel free to contact me via e-mail or if you wish you can call the school. I will be happy to work with you and your child to do whatever it takes to get them to pass the course but remember, learning is a two-way street, the student needs to put forth an honest effort.
I am looking forward to a great school year!
